Screw Compressor Unit Maintenance

Leave a message

When restarting a screw chiller after installation or long-term shutdown, the cooling rate should be reasonable: ideally controlled at 8-10℃ per day, and maintained at 0℃ for a period of time.

For screw chiller panel maintenance, avoid impacts and scratches from hard objects. This can cause dents and corrosion, and in severe cases, reduce the local insulation performance of the chiller.

For screw chiller sealing maintenance, since prefabricated screw chillers are composed of several insulation panels, there are gaps between the panels. These gaps are sealed with sealant during construction to prevent air and moisture from entering. Therefore, any areas where the seals fail should be repaired promptly.

For screw chiller floor maintenance, small prefabricated screw chillers typically use insulation panels on the floor. When using the chiller, prevent the floor from accumulating large amounts of ice and water. If ice is present, do not use hard objects to knock it down, as this may damage the floor.
