Technological Highlights and Localized Adaptation: Taimai Cold Chain customized a highly efficient and energy-saving refrigeration system for this project, specifically designed for Malaysia's hot and humid tropical climate. All storage units utilize high-density polyurethane insulation panels, combined with intelligent temperature control and remote monitoring technology, ensuring temperature fluctuations are controlled within ±0.5°C. Furthermore, the equipment is compatible with local power grid standards and equipped with a backup power system to cope with sudden power fluctuations and ensure uninterrupted cold chain operations.
Strategic Significance and Market Impact The head of Dama Cold Chain's Overseas Business Division stated, "Malaysia is one of the fastest-growing cold chain logistics markets in ASEAN. This project will not only serve local food processing and retail companies but also act as a transit hub, supporting cross-border fresh food trade."
