Condenser Quality Control

Leave a message

Oxygen production areas should be located upwind year-round, at least 300 meters away from acetylene generation stations, and far from sources of harmful gases. Strict control of raw material air quality is crucial; appropriate measures must be taken in case of severe pollution.

The main factors contributing to accumulation are as follows:

a. Fully utilize the liquid air-liquid oxygen adsorber to remove acetylene and other hydrocarbons. Strictly adhere to scheduled adsorber replacements and control heating regeneration temperatures to improve adsorption efficiency.

b. Discharge 1% of the product liquid oxygen from the main refrigeration unit to remove hydrocarbons.

c. Periodically increase the temperature of the air separation unit to remove residual carbon dioxide and hydrocarbon impurities accumulated in the heat exchanger and distillation column.

d. For liquid oxygen pumps operating continuously using molecular sieve adsorption, the adsorption effect on nitrous oxide is poor. A layer of 5A molecular sieve can be added inside the molecular sieve adsorber.

This work needs to be normalized, institutionalized, and carried out regularly. If the environment deteriorates, effective measures need to be taken at any time to control harmful substances within the standards: acetylene 0.5, methane 120, total carbon 155, carbon dioxide 4, and nitrous oxide 100 (on the order of 10⁻⁶).
