This condenser combines the advantages of both water and air cooling, utilizing the principle of water evaporation and heat absorption to significantly reduce the condensation temperature, achieving 25%~35% energy savings compared to traditional air-cooled condensers. Water forms a film on the surface of the heat exchange coils, and forced ventilation by a high-flow fan causes the water to evaporate, carrying away a large amount of latent heat and enabling rapid refrigerant condensation. The coils use elliptical or round tubes with an anti-corrosion coating, making them corrosion-resistant, scale-resistant, and adaptable to various water qualities. Standard configuration includes high-efficiency PVC filler to increase the contact area between water and air, improving evaporation efficiency. The bottom water collection tank is equipped with a float valve for automatic water replenishment, and the water pump circulates and sprays water, resulting in low water consumption. The overall structure is compact, saving more than 50% of the floor space compared to a water-cooled tower + condenser combination.
